The Santa Clara Valley Federation of Umpires (SCVFU) was established in 1960 and has enjoyed 42 years of continuous service to the boys and girls in Santa Clara County. To quote from the 2002 Pony Baseball Rules and Regulations, "Flexibility is a key word in PONY baseball philosophy, which provides a pattern of league operation that may be adapted to the needs of the community rather than asking the community to adapt to an arbitrary set of rules and regulations."  This quote also provides the underpinnings for the SCVFU.  This website is dedicated to all of the children throughout the PONY worldwide community. The SCVFU is proud to introduce the Hatzell-Lewis Scholarship Fund Grant Program. The purpose of this fund is to financially assist individuals who are members of groups serviced by the SCVFU and who are registered PONY baseball players.
